What is in a puja kit?
Every kit page lists each item and its quantity. A printed item list and vidhi card come inside the box.
What is the difference between the 5, 10 and 20-item kits?
The Mini Kit (5 items) suits a quick daily puja, the Standard Kit (10 items) covers most home pujas, and the Complete Kit (20 items) is for havan, katha and special occasions.
Are your rudraksha and gemstones genuine?
We list size, origin and material for each item; beads above ₹1,000 come with a lab report.
Do your products guarantee results?
No. Our astrology and Vastu products are traditional and devotional items. We describe how they are traditionally used and do not promise outcomes.
Can I order a kit for a family member in another city?
Yes. Enter their delivery address at checkout.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, on most pincodes. [Add any COD fee or limit.]
Shipping and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched in 1–2 working days; delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders above ₹499.
Will my festival kit arrive in time?
Each festival page shows an "order by" date for delivery before the festival.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Unused, sealed non-consumable items can be returned within 7 days. Opened puja samagri can't be returned for hygiene and religious reasons.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Send a photo or unboxing video on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we'll replace it.
