These terms apply to your use of ABHEERS.COM (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from us. "We", "us" and "our" mean ABHEERS. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate details when ordering. We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive or placed in error.

2. Products and descriptions

  • We aim to describe every product accurately, including its items, quantities, size or weight. Natural products such as rudraksha, crystals, wood and handmade items may vary slightly in colour, size and texture.
  • Product photos are for illustration; packaging may change from time to time.

3. Spiritual, astrology and Vastu products

Our astrology, Vastu and remedy products are traditional and devotional items. We describe how they are traditionally used; we do not promise or guarantee any health, financial, relationship, legal or other outcome. Traditional belief; results vary from person to person. Any information on the Site is for general and educational purposes and is not medical, financial, legal or professional advice.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery where available. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders and availability

An order is accepted when we dispatch it. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and refund the amount paid for that item.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Returns and Refunds policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to ABHEERS or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh, India.

11. Changes to these terms
