Shipping Policy
ABHEERS.COM ships across India. Here is what to expect once you place an order.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
Festival orders
Festival pages and our Festival Calendar show an “order by” date. Orders placed by that date are planned to arrive before the festival. Courier delays during peak season can occasionally occur, so we recommend ordering early.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also visit Track Your Order.
Delivery issues
- Please check that your address and phone number are correct at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery may need to be re-shipped at an extra charge.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, send a photo or unboxing video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns and Refunds policy.
